Catrice Jackson is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She is married to with a 6-year-old son and a 19-year-old daughter. Her purpose is to aim for change as she walks with Christ to produce fruit that glorifies God. As she has endured treatment for the last 19 years for an incurable cancer, she uses her knowledge from the healthcare system, education, skills, and work experience to develop a self-discipline strategy called AIM4CHANGE which drives her own Health Model. She became a Certified Holistic Life Coach with NESTA to help herself, but now uses the teachings to teach others how to develop a regimen, routine, and rhythm that impacts their Health, Nutrition, Fitness, and overall Well-Being. She also compliments her certification as a Core Condition Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Coach with NESTA.
