What I heard this morning from God were the following words, “When Satan is casted down, he will know that he has been stripped of his power like John wrote in Revelation 12:7-12. We will know the Kingdom of God is here (Luke 11:20). Satan only has the power to kill, steal and destroy, but Jesus Christ came so that we may have life, and have it in its fullness (John 10:10). Satan does not have the power to give life, raise the dead or give eternal life. This area has been granted to Jesus Christ as he demonstrated in the New Testament with the following people:
Jairus’ Daughter - Luke 8:49-56; Matthew 9:18-26; Mark 5:35-43
Lazarus - John 11:1-44
Widow of Nain’s Son - Luke 7:11-17
Jesus - Matthew 28:1-20; Mark 16:1-20; Luke 24:1-49; John 20:1-31
If this wasn’t enough for people to believe, there were the stories from the Apostles after he died.
Tabitha or Dorcas - Acts 9:36-42
Eutychus - Acts 20:7-12 If that wasn’t enough for people to believe, the Old Testament demonstrated the same power through Elijah the prophet.
The Woman at Zarephath - 1 King 17:17-24 - Prophet Elijah
Shunammite Woman’s Son - 2 kings 4:18-37 - Prophet Elijah
Israelite's Burying Man - 2 Kings 13:20-21 - Elijah's body in tomb
God told me things so that I will have comfort in his words (John 16:33). "Be not deceived, because I will not be mocked" (Galatians 6:7). He also began to show me that the Lord’s prayer has been fulfill through the cry of his people. God began to say he will raise up prophets among us who are sounding one voice which is his. He began to state, he took me through the old covenant to place me into the new covenant to seek the Kingdom of God. "When you seek the Kingdom of God, all the things you went after in Egypt to pursue such as Education, Degrees, Certifications, Religion, Marriage, Civil Rights Case, Car, Home, Money, Job would have been added to you, but you did not know me and trusted in a system that made promises that were not kept. All of these led you into bondage by deception with no justice, car repossession, homelessness, sickness, financial hardship, divorce, child-support payments, unemployment, poverty when you took a stand against what was right. This is the fruit from the tree you were eating from. In 2020, all these doors that may still be opened, I will slam shut. You are not going in the same door you came out this year. Your struggles were for the Kingdom. Well-done my good and faith servant (Matthew 25:21). You have received the crown of life (James 1:12). Anyone that has given you as much of a cup of water are great in the Kingdom (Matthew 10:42)".
